The Charm videos were shaped over time, filmed and produced between December 2022 and September 2023.

The journey began with Rock’s Fall, captured in April 2023 among the dramatic landscapes of Lynton and Lynmouth, Devon, a place Neil returns to often. What followed were a series of visual montages, each carefully crafted. Neil feels these films sit naturally with the music, mirroring the depth and emotional weight of each track.

Each video lives in its own world. The title track Charm unfolds as a collage of Neil’s favourite images and ideas, “this is how my mind sees things,” he says.

For Neil, video-making is instinctive and joyful. As ever, these works are deeply personal, unmistakably original, and entirely his own.

The first glimpse of the project arrived with Shimmering Shadows, released in December 2023.
