Instrumentals is a collection of soundtrack pieces adapted from Neil’s Play and Paradox albums. This is a space where Neil feels entirely at home, and one he intends to explore further in future recordings.

A series of videos was created to accompany the album, released alongside Paradox. Together, they reveal a wide emotional range, shifting moods, subtle tension, and the intricate layering that defines Neil’s arrangements.

Seen without vocals, the music takes on a new clarity. These instrumental works highlight the complexity and cinematic quality at the heart of the compositions.

Neil is especially pleased with this selection, recently reflecting that it’s “a joy to hear these pieces breathe in instrumental form.”
